I got some 'nice' memories of dad making every excuse in the book - 'oh no no no, you can't drive it!'
He was one of those daddies that looks after his car; getting out on the drive on a sunday morning with his shorts on to wash the car - No daddy of mine should have to spend £5 to get it washed! ;o)
